Really heartwarming but also can get really emotional and realistic. I don’t think Calum is a good father but not like a deadbeat, because he’s clearly going  through depression or going through it or something , Sophie clearly doesn’t see him often and he’s probably scared to be a proper dad, he treats Sophie more like his friend and it affects Sophie because she wants to hang out with the older kids over the kids her age. I liked the ending and the whole aesthetic overall
