Ella Enchanted

This film is funny, unique, witty, beautiful, and camp, not to mention cinema gold. The "Somebody to Love" scene brought me to tears today, I love this movie so much. The incredible actors in 'Ella Enchanted' is what really makes it pop, along with the unique aesthetic blend of the early 2000s and medieval times. It is so bizarre that it works. For the rest of time I will be getting chills at the "I will no longer be obedient" scene, wondering about the logistics of a giant/elf relationship, and insisting that Hattie is and always will be an underrated icon. One of the rare cases where the movie is better than the book!
