Tuck Everlasting

I never watched this film as a child, but I distinctly remember the trailer for Tuck Everlasting would play on my Nan and Pop's VHS tape for Spy Kids 2. I was always bewitched by this trailer, watching scenes of Winnie and Jesse running hand in hand in fields and jumping in waterfalls to the sound of Enya's song Book of Days. This trailer was always in the back of mind, like a safe happy secret place I could go to whenever I wanted. Watching it for the first time now doesn't disappoint, it is like looking into my own mind as a child... and for a second I am that eight year old girl again, watching the box television and dreaming of a well in the woods that can give you eternal life.
