Why couldn't she be faking it too, not funny ಥ╭╮ಥ. I don't know why I keep watching these random East Asian romance films on Netflix at the moment, I guess I'm just making the subscription worth while, but it's basically going to be the same review copy and pasted lol. This film has the same critiques as the other film with a similar nature, but for some reason, I just like this more. The funny moments were actually funny, the sad parts actually felt sad, and the quiet moments actually felt quiet. The cinematography had a little more too it with this one which was a bonus, but still relatively simple. I think this film, and others would benefit from better writers, like they rely on the use the same tropes, relatively shallow characters and does anything for 'shock' or 'emotional' value. But, at the end of the day, I can't say I wasn't glad that I watched it.

I went in only wanting to see Ray Romano in a film, and I somehow come out with said film being my no. 1 favourite. The music in this is so, so peak too. Like you put 'Cry' and 'In the still of the night' in a film, of course it's gonna be peak.

wow.

The best thing about this film is a muscular, homosexual, skeleton demon named Skeletor, who unfortunately is played by Jared Leto but gives one of his best performances lol. Literally saved the film from being much lower. The film is basically high-budget slop with a poorly written story, underwritten characters and being cringe beyond belief. I know He-man is literally the campest thing ever, I mean, what wasn't in the 80s, but you could've made it a bit more serious and something with meaningful substance. Like, the beginning was so ass and the film ran for way too long.
