Wow I don’t think I’ve ever been more conflicted while giving a movie a score. I totally understand the high praise this movie gets, my gosh it’s just so deep and has SO many small metaphors/parallels that I could talk abt forever. The beginning was slow but I locked in once I started to like the girl and not only because she was insanely pretty but I loved her character. I think this movie gets carried HARD by its writing but it’s a pretty damn good script with some of those “ordinary object” monologues that intertwine so perfectly with the themes of the characters. I completely understand the meaning of the movie however unfortunately I found a lot of this super boring which is where the low-ish score comes from. This film also does something towards the last 20 min that COMPLETELY throws away the meaning of the entire movie, I was appalled but the ending saves it a bit. Would love to ramble abt this movie to someone (a female) (a chick) (a foid even) for hours

Wow pretty interesting and unsettling idea for a movie. Great opening scene, really throws you right into the story and the editing done on this movie to achieve suspense is phenomenal. I have no idea if Eduardo Noriega is big in Spanish cinema but he absolutely steals this movie and his performance in this is a fucking masterclass, I need to see more of him. The first half of this movie is very good but the second half really started to lose me as some things just started happening that made no sense at all with a TON of unexplained plot holes. The ending was good but they kinda force the message onto us and woulda been way better had it been more subtle. It seems like most of the decisions in this movie were made only for shock value which absolutely kills its rewatch-ability, however this was a fun watch because I was guessing the entire time

Wow this is one of my close friends favorite movies and it’s the first Spanish movie I’ve ever watched but holy fuck this shit is insane. This movie basically mirrors the exact events of an infamous plane crash in 1972 and it’s so harrowing and well done, ESPECIALLY the actual crash scene. I think the score has to be the most underrated part of this film, literally every scene’s music was PERFECT for capturing the emotion of what was happening. They do such an incredible job of making you care for these real people and this film had a lowk plot twist that I didn’t see coming which was devastating and beautiful. I’m gonna make a new list soon of movies where I watched people freeze to death while I was all warm in my bed. So far it’s this and *The Revenant*

Wow good shit Marvel this is how you do a mini series. Yes there’s still some corny aspects but for the most part this felt like an Apple TV original and it was just a fun story that you can get thru super quick. I loved all the movie and actor references, it almost reminded me of *Entourage* how they would talk abt real things happening in the industry. There were some character decisions that pissed me off (almost *Curb Your Enthusiasm *level moments of “wtf are you doing just shut your mouth and this could be so easy”) and those moments just took up unnecessary time in a series that only has 30 minute long episodes and only 8 of them at that. That brings me to that dumbass *Mandolorian *style episode 5 with a filler unrelated side mission, it was fun to watch but we didn’t need that shi. That can’t be the worst episode tho cuz episode 4 exists. Whoever wrote episode 4 of this series SHOULD NEVER TOUCH A SCRIPT EVER AGAIN. It didn’t help either that the actor playing Doorman was so awfully bad I’m convinced that Marvel just found this guy off the street I fucking hated him. However, Yahya Abdul-Mateen is PHENOMENAL as Wonder Man and I hope we get to see even one frame of him in *Avengers: Doomsday*. They also mentioned *Severance *which had me cheesing. This is a very good step in the right direction Marvel
