Jaws

Yeah this movie actually fucking rocks. I thought it was gonna be a sort of cheap horror movie and the first 20 minutes or so would certainly have you believing that but wow so good. The characters outside of the 3 main ones are a bit rough and the first and second halves of the movies are pretty disjointed but still its so so good. The problems the movie sets up and solves are so interesting and the music is really masterful. The acting and dynamics between the leads is so interesting and fun. Gotta love a cautionary tale against greed leading to public safety oversights. Although this permanently scarred Americans from being in the water at the beach and perhaps contributed to the proliferation of shark fin soup* so ill have to just give it 4/5. *jk
