The Sacrifice

Another Tarkovsky masterpiece. What I love most about his films is that they don't rush to explain themselves. They let the themes and the dialogue slowly settle into your mind, and before you realize it, they've completely taken over your thoughts. The Sacrifice is beautiful, devastating, and one of the most spiritually moving films I've ever seen.
