Voice-over narration, hand-held camera, and first-person shots made the film feel like a dream. The urban setting, which is filled with factories sets a hazy and suffocating atmosphere, but at the same time dream-like. Alternatively, could have closed my eyes and just listened if i knew any Mandarin.
