Holy shit. There's alot that I can say about this movie, like the reflection to Jepan's idol purity culture, actress exploitation, obsession, doubt and mental illnesses. At some point, I even get confused on what is 'reality' and whats 'imagination' once Mima started spiraling.

This movie is LONGGGG AFFFF GOD my short ass attention span almost quit this movie 3x before finishing it properly. It's a good movie, shows the back story of Snow and how he became the man he is during the original Hunger Games trilogy. Rather than humanizing Snow and his actions, this movie shows how ambitious Snow's character is. He isn't just evil for the sake of it, he have motivations that push him to his actions. It makes Snow's character alot more interesting (but to be fair, most characters in this movie is very intriguing. I love how the the characters got portrayed, both visually and naratively). Overall a great movie.
