Mickey 17

I loved this movie. I wasn’t expecting to like it as much as I did.  It was fucking hilarious and I found myself genuinely attached to the characters.  Robert Pattinson is such an underrated actor and I think this movie helps show how much range he actually has. - The aesthetic of the whole movie is really nice. I’m not a huge sci-fi person but this one kept my attention the whole time and it was simple and easy to follow. I like how the two main characters had an extremely healthy relationship and that there was never really any conflict or misunderstanding.  - I didn’t realize how much this movie would kind of mirror what’s happening in current events. Five minutes in it clicked and I immediately knew I would love it. It’s like- obvious but not in an overwhelming way (cough cough Mark Ruffalo’s character) .  - There’s more I could say but I’ll start rambling so I’m gonna stop.
