this used to play all the time on FX for some reason, so i watched this… a lot it’s not a very good movie lol, but i like owen wilson and vince vaughn so they keep me watching this. don’t really care for the nerdy stuff in here when i really should 🤷🏻♂️

Pretty standard unnecessary sequel, while i had a lot of fun, i don’t like these types of movies that add some bullshit in order to have a sequel, the movie starts off great but slowly devolves into idiocy… i didn’t really care for its ending imo i also found the emotional core of the sisters to be really weak especially with the dialogue. i don’t feel the argument of abandoning and such. but the movie was funny … at times but idk, i wasn’t too impressed by what they did here. but it was entertaining, so it’s not a bad movie, the pepper spray sequence was a highlight for me. Shawn Hatosy also a highlight not enough Samara Weaving yells *edit* cool video letterboxd… thanks i guess [2026 Ranked ](https://boxd.it/RKbvu) [Horror Ranked ](https://boxd.it/JZEwu)

**Actively got me wanting to read a book for once ** i am so happy with this film, just a perfect watch through and through, i 100% understand the love and praise this has been getting nonstop, genuinely moving, goosebumps inducing and hilariously sweet. this movie is genuinely so drop dead beautiful, i wish i had seen this in imax, in fact im probably going to try and rewatch this again next weekend for IMAX if possible phil lord and chris miller deliver with their style of quips and dialogue that always shines a light into the darkness, i was close to tears at certain points and at other moments my hairs stood up from the sheer beauty of this film. Ryan Gosling IS PHENOMENAL HERE TOO, such a great performance playing such a likable loser turned hero, playing alongside a really well done emotive puppet rock. UGH, it’s all so perfectly done. i love this movie so much THIS WAS SONGOOD WJDJDJDJFJDJDJDJFJ [2026 Ranked ](https://boxd.it/RKbvu) [Amazon Ranked ](https://boxd.it/SqviY)

just fine, generic and at points annoying. but also funny at times. steve carell and tina fey are good here and have some decent on screen chemistry but the film itself is very lackluster
