First I will say it’s worth watching a second time This time I noticed so many more details that I didn’t notice before. The scene where Odysseus sits outside Penelope’s room and talks hits so much harder a second time, and especially since you notice so many more details in the fight scene that wasn’t shown before. Like the amount of civilians that were killed that wasn’t shown in the original scene. Also the sirens song?? So good

*”Saigon. Shit. I’m still only in Saigon*” Honestly holy shit. It’s a really good movie especially the visuals. Although I will say at times it can be pretty slow paced especially at the end. To give some thoughts no movie before this one has made me more anti-war than this one. It definitely doesn’t shy away from horrifying stuff.

I’m gonna kiss Ludwig Göransson on the mouth The movie is shot so beautifully and the acting is so good. Although Zendaya’s role may be small, she really knocks it out of the park, and has such an impactful final moment (( few things can stand between a man and his home) sidequests maximized)
