Tangled

While Disney had tried their hand at 3D animation prior to Tangled, this was their first successful go with it, finally settling on the new vibrant style that would be signature for the next decade. Also beginning the Disney revival, the soundtrack had a more contemporary style than previous movies, the protagonist is the first of the new line of quirky relatable princess. Among its Disney-changing success, it is a gorgeous movie to look at, with very powerful scenes that either have you crying or cheering quite successfully.
