Longlegs

Longlegs is a masterclass in horror filmmaking with insane camera work, lighting, sets, and costume design. The performances alone are worth admission to see this movie, this is by far Nicolas Cage’s most intense role along with his role in Mandy. One critique I’d give the movie is the exposition dumps. At times it treats the audience like idiots, though the exposition dumps are done well they are definitely unnecessary. This movie is amazing, it builds tension perfectly and delivers in story and performances. Highly recommend for both newcomers in horror and horror fans.
