Rango

A deeply outrageous western of drastic comedic proportions.  I remember watching this for the first time when I was like 7 or 8 and being blown away by how cool it looked and how funny it was but I remember thinking I definitely wasn’t old enough to get everything and I certainly wasn’t. But after rewatch I found even more to love, all the comedy and the stunning visuals of dry to wet and everything in between, but was the level of layered metaphors in storytelling that just hooks me in. But we all stay for rattlesnake Jake at the end of the day.
