Evil Genius

one thing that i've noticed on my true crime binge (i'm okay i promise) is that police officers, state troops, the FBI, and other crime investigation organizations cannot get over their own ego for the sake of human justice. there have been multiple instances of local police arguing with federal officials over "who has jurisdiction" or "who's case this is". this had led to evidence or other forms of proof being discovered months, sometimes years after it could have initially been used to further the investigation. it's so upsetting to watch the people who claim to protect our well-being let their own narcissism and self-image get in the way of bringing peace to family members who may have lost loved ones. that aside, this is a great watch.
