watched this around 11-12 times and i still am entertained

god i forgot how amazing this movie is. worst part is - i was watching it on the plane with someone who loved watching my screen next to me so i had to skip the breaking of fingers part. but omg if you don’t want to see your favourite actors get absolutely slimed do not watch this. i’m not going to name names but it’s a straight up warning. such a good movie though it also reminded me of how amazing and underrated a lot of the actors are in this, bryan cranston, ryan gosling, carey mulligan, even old ron perlman. but i really liked albert brooks considering this is my first movie with him in it. he’s awesome

i honestly praise the ground edward norton walks on. what a movie. and what a twist. so so so so crazy. i really liked the music in the film too, it was so well put together it just determined the whole mood of the scenes. and yes that’s what it’s supposed to do but it was so inexplicably perfect and what a star studded cast too i mean, richard gere, edward norton, laura linney, frances mcdormand, andre braugher, john mahoney the list just keeps going and going how this got no academy awards i don’t know
