watched sober in theaters for the popcorn. The amazing digital J*X show... So much emphasis on the worst character ever makes it hard to even give a fuck, but the reveals at the end were sweet, and i like the other characters enough (especially the random lesbian romance between Z and G). I get what Gworx is doing here even if it doesnt translate to me 100% and will politely refrain from calling some of the more emotional beats egregious because if you know what i'm about you'll understand its friendly fire. I always thought the characters were humans trapped in these headsets forever, but it turns out it's just their consciousness duplicated into the game. Their human counterparts have been thriving! Kinda tragic for the circusians but i think it all worked out okay now that they can party with Caine. To be real i kinda just watched to see their human versions. Beautiful score too

I was first super disturbed by Big Clark and for my own safety didnt pay too close attention to his fucked up cgi face (egregious btw) but i did kind of feel bad for him when he was reaching out to that poor therapist Cannes actress lady and making those weird freaky warbles. Fumbled pretty much every thematic thing going on here real bad. However im down with the inverted people and mirrored world. Like Us (2019) but not smart or clever or honestly too interesting. Cool prosthetics though. The little guy with the lamp? Bitch you think youre Fire Walk With Me? For a Roblox game adaptation it gets the job done and appeases its audiences.
