I really fell in love with everything about this movie. The first half felt like a dreamy unfortunate love story, but the second half took such a dark turn and I'm here for it! As the film kept progressing i felt more and more tension within the storyline and i was at the edge of my seat by the end of it. There were some great performances and so many great details went into this! My favorite part of the movie definitely has to be the color. Every frame was so beautiful and his use of color was so well thought out and intentional. With green representing Madeline, how she is so alluring to Scottie, and the end sequence when Judy is bathed in green light? Incredible. The past still haunts both of them. While the red represents high emotional turmoil. And it looks beautiful contrasted with the greens.  I really love intentionally colorful films and Alfred Hitchcock was such a genius.
