Dune

Four years laster this movie just gets better with every watch. Many of the complaints against this movie don’t faze me at all. I for one love a good slow burn and setup, which is exactly what this movie is. But even on its own, it accomplishes great things. The universe-building, cinematography and score are so technically sound while also being creatively innovative. While I admit the pacing can be slow at times, the exciting moments of this movie make it so damn worth it. This film is necessary and extraordinary.
