*Antonioni is the only director I can remember who I needed to grow up to. on my first impression, I was sure that he was definitely not for me. and with each film, I'm more and more convinced that we have a connection. our relationship is progressively developing, and I'm starting to understand his characters and the special atmosphere of his films. but I think I understand his non Italian films better…* > *I love Maria Schneider so much, her haircut was perfect in this. I watched it just because I have a huge crush on her. and it captivated me much more than I expected. to be honest, I didn't even understand what this film wanted to tell me. but I had a great feeling of freedom from this thing, and I like the rebellious spirit of it. I can't wait to rewatch it. have you ever felt like a film has the potential to become one of your all time favorites, but you just need to see it again? that what I'm experiencing right now. and I really like to change my mind about things, because I'm principled and it doesn't happen that often :)  ‘red desert’ could be next *
