Michael Clayton
Running through the criterion corporate thriller collection and there really is such a dividing line between pre and post 9/11. Anything in the 90s has this underlying optimism that permeates every aspect of each movie. In this there is no optimism, everyone knows they are on the side of, not even bold enough to be evil, just apathy. The worst part is I enjoy a post 9/11 film far more.
