2026 April 1 Movie 1 Heathers(1989): not a bad movie. Didn't resonate as much with me, but winona and Christian both are amazing.

2026 april 1 Movie 2 Say anything (1989): this movie was so sweet!! Love cameron crowes work. When I watched "stand by me" (amazing movie was sobbing for hours after watching it) I was instantly drawn to Danny gordies older brother later i found out that Lloyd and Danny are played by the same actor(john cusack) i was pleasantly surprised by that. I would like to think that both of this characters resemble each other and im here for it.

2026 april 1 Movie 3 The pick-up artist(1987): we can see a pattern developing all three movies have been from the 80s. The same day I sprained my ankle I watched a movie called "pretty in pink"(1986) staring molly ringwald and Andrew Mccarthy both amazing actors. I loved the movie. I in fact loved it so much that I was jamming to an 80s song in my head while getting ready to go for swimming lessons when I went into my bathroom while dancing I decided to jump for some reason and I sprained my ankle. And today, still in love with mollys acting I watched the "pick-up artist". Now about the actual movie, I liked it. I like movies that take place around a day or two like this movie, it Makes me feel closer to the plot. Robert Downeys acting was also good, but i dont resonate with "player" guys (Which he was at the beginning, for sure) But I think both characters went into a beatiful metamorphosis during this movie.

2026 april 1 Movie 4 Paris, texas(1984): last and longest movie of the day. Another 80s classic. It was interesting and not what I expected, let me explain. I didnt know much about this movie other then the description I read after watching 5 minutes of it and being confused. all it mentioned was: a man who lost his memorie and his brother helping him gain it back. The cinematography was beatiful. I haven't really made an analysis of it in my mind yet. To me the story ended in an awkward place where I still had many questions, And maybe that was the goal.

2026 april 2 Movie 5 Dirty dancing(1987): I loved the cinematography of this movie and after watching the outsiders(1983) wanted to watch more Patrick swayze films. I loveeee the soundtrack so much!!

2026 april 2 Movie 6 Grandview, U.S.A(1984): C thomas Howell is very good in this movie, i love his movies except for "soul man"(1986). Its my Second Patrick swayze film of the DAY lol. I liked how the story ended didnt really think Mike and Tim had a future.

2026 april 3 Movie 7 Secret admirer(1985): I loved the ending it was SO cute!!

2026 april 3 Movie 8 Footloose(1984): this movie was so much fun! I loved the scene where they were dancing and glitter was all around. This movie motivated me to learn new dances even though in my condition its not possible yet.

2026 april 4 Movie 9 Grease(1978): broke out of the 80s and watched a movie from a different decade but still 80s have my heart. I did not like this movie that much I found the love story very "meh". You shouldn't change who you are as much as sandy and danny were willing to do, but sadly thats reality for many. The soundtrack is amazing!!

2026 april 5 Movie 10 Dazed and confused(1993): this was a rewatch. I like the casting, music and the vibe.

2026 april 6 Movie 11 Red dawn(1984): I loved the casting, 3rd movie I've watched with Patrick swayze and c thomas howell. To think that horrors like this actually happen every second of every day.

2026 april I Movie 12 The hitcher(1986): movie had me on the EDGE it was so stressful. I love C thomas Howell films.

2026 april 6 Movie 13 The hitcher II:I've been waiting(2003) This movie felt like I was watching criminal minds and not in a good way. It felt kind of boring and not as good as the first movie.

2026 april 6 Movie 14 Side out(1990): Whether another c thomas howell film. really liked this one, it was very fun and I think cinematicly beatiful too. Made me so much more excited for summer, also made me want to move around and be more active amd play sports but right now it isnt a possibility considering my ankle which is getting better.

2026 april 6 Movie 15 Running on empty(1988): I loved this movie!! And I love river phoenix so much, its so sad he died so young. I really loved Danny and Lorna and the storyline itself i was crying in the end still cant tell if it was happy tears or not.

2026 april 8 Movie 16 St.elmo's fire(1985): honestly couldn't tell who was sleeping with who anymore, but I loved the cast.

2026 april 8 Movie 17 Heaven help us(1985): Andrew mccarthy filmed this movie and st.elmo's fire in the same year but yet he looks so different in these two movies.

2026 april 8 Movie 18 Ferris buellers day off(1986): I LOVED THIS MOVIE, it was life changing. I also loved the music, cast, humour, the message, I loved it all!!

2026 april 8 Movie 19 Blue velvet(1986): this movie was something else. I saw someone talk about the bug imagery, and I also loved that. The movie begins with this perfect suburban feel and then going close up to the ground you can see the bugs, an inner system in the depths of the "perfect" suburban lawns, flowers, houses and etc. Even the ear had ants on it, all of this point to the main theme of the movie. Some scenes were too strong for me especially the intimate ones(my opinion) thats what lynch was going towards though probably, to make you uncomfortable. But then again in his films even if the screen went blank or started bursting with colour out of nowhere it wouldn't be surprising(my personal experience lol) and I love that about his films. I really enjoyed the cinematography AND the music, I loved the music so much. And mentioning jehovas witnesses was so surprising because I myself am a jehovas witness.

2026 april 14 Movie 20 Weird science(1985): I loved john Hughes so much, but this movie felt weird. She was 23 and the boys were 15 it was so weird. And at first it all felt like there was so much tension between them but then it felt maternal once again very weird. This is my last movie while wearing a fixator tomorrow im taking it off It was a good 2 weeks.
