julio torres is a beautiful genius. what a directorial debut. i love directorial debuts who clearly have a unique story of their own to tell. showing the deeply unfair path to citizenship and his problems his character faces in SUCH creative and unique ways. tilda and julio are such a beautiful duo together. i absolutely ADORED everything everything about this movie. reminded me of one of the best pieces of advice i had ever heard. “our culture tells us to be humble and quiet but manifest big shit always” ❤️❤️❤️❤️ i wish i could have made a silly fun review for this silly movie but it just left me smiling the whole time. what a pleasure julio torres is!
