Belle

The art and animation is beautiful. The music is also very good, but the movie is all over the place. The plot drags for a lot of the movie while rushing in its most pivotal points. We don't get much natural development for most of the characters and the main romance/friendship is especially out of nowhere by the time we get to it. The voice acting (in the English dub) also lacks, with many of the line deliveries not fitting the emotion of the scene. With some voices not fitting the characters at all (the Beast). I'd suggest watch it in its original Japanese dub.
