Before Sunset

Very narrowly better than the previous film, and Julie Delpy absolutely steals the show in my opinion. The evolution in their ideologies from youngsters with ideals about life to adults with more emotional maturity was very natural. Some of the moments are so genuinely relatable - such as the laugh before the apology when Jesse tells her he came to Vienna, her freaking out in the car and wanting to get away from Jesse, the dancing in the kitchen, lying about having sex. Such a great film. This film is clearly a great example of actors who need to have chemistry, should be brought on script. The aesthetic of the movie is even better than the last one - really makes Paris look beautiful . The long conversation takes keep you in the moment, and the color palette is just too good. The final scene where she sings the waltz is just fucking brilliant. Just watch it. One of the best sequels I have seen.
