As time goes on and my love and admiration for Ford grows, I sometimes wonder if I still think The Searchers is his best movie, and every rewatch I have I just become even more sure of it. A really perfect movie with some of the greatest and most memorable images ever put on screen. One of the all time greats.

I think there is a really great movie in here, but it kinda gets too lost in its own madness to really get to that higher level of good. For what it's worth I still liked it more than I didn't. Fun time.
