even though its only may this will probably end up as one of my top first-watches of 2026. few movies have made me so disturbed, and charmed, and sad, and scared. i love a movie where nearly everyone dies, and someone is scarred at the end. the scene after he takes the pills and is just sitting there because he knows what’s about to come hits so close to home. ALSO the current joys!!! this was nearly perfect.
