Knuckles

There are elements of this that really work, and this universe is so much fun to spend time in, but this is definitely a step down from the movies. The characters are still fun, i love Knuckles, I actually find Wade to be mostly fun, and there are some really good ideas here about Knuckles adjusting to human society, but as most people are saying, this focuses way too much on Wade Whipple. Listen, I actually like the human stuff in these Sonic movies. It's a different approach to adapting the games but it works and grounds our characters. I don't want the human characters to go like so many Sonic fans are asking for (it's not gonna happen guys, give it up). But this show reaches a point where Knuckles is barely even showing up. The show really does feel like a Nickelodeon movie with a much higher budget, but like, idk I still had fun with it? It's very light and easy viewing, but that's kinda what I like about these Sonic movies. I don't know if I'll revisit this one like I've revisted the movies. They really needed to establish a better balance. I love Knuckles the Echidna though, what a legend. Can't wait for Sonic the Hedgehog 3, shits gonna be fire
