this was the vhs tape in the living room i was always intrigued by as a kid just based off the sleeve. gorgeous gorgeous movie. every closeup of val kilmer was beautiful. the adr was laughable at times. michael rooker was there! locke was there! didn’t know that. billy zane! this was fun

i think i liked it? mayhaps? definitely better than their previous film but they have a style of storytelling that i’m just not the biggest fan of
