taron egerton was fucking spectacular in this like my heart was hurting watching how pained elton was. and usually musicals seem kinda forced but i felt like the songs really just felt natural, like they were definitely supposed to happen. that scene where they were singing rocketman and he was going to the hospital/was in the hospital literally changed me it was so good.
