Before Sunset
now, i love this more than the first one.
jesse and celine, after being separated for 9 excruciating years, just dive deep into the conversation--- to their old selves. but this time as a more experienced and no pretenses individuals.
no pseudo-intelligent, romantic-literature, facade, but a much more nurturing conversations of "how are you?," "what's your life been like?" both still holds the magic of their vienna escapade. and they were broken by it.
love how both of them keeps on circling around to that one night topic until they have let loose of themselves. breaking the wall they built because of that agony of missed chances. that's why their decision at the end is just satisfying to see.
my favorite among the trilogy!
