José Rizal

it's so grand, i love it. a nonlinear 3-hour epic that tells the story of Rizal, and incorporates his two novels, it shouldn't work! but it was executed beautifully. though there are times i can feel it dragging, but it serves the emotional core of the story and rizal's inner thoughts. what a feat by marilou diaz-abaya, the cast, and the crew!!! (dagdag ko lang sa teleseryeng ikaw lamang, doon ako lubos humanga kina joel torre at nonie buencamino bilang mga aktor. and what a surprise to see them here! yes nakalagay rewatch, pero bata pa ako nung huling panood nito. at 'di namin natapos panoorin ito nung Filipino class nung grade 9).
