Michael
compared to other biopics in recent years, this has much more sauce!! i think fuqua did the heavy lifting in that regard. also i think it avoided the issues of other biopics because michael (the movie) really cements itself as a family drama in the guise of jackson's rich catalogue and fame. it focuses on the quarrel between a demanding and abusive father and his dreamer son. and also, ang chills kasi may mga times na nakikita ko si mj kay jaafar fuckkk. although siyempre, ang pinaka-issue pa rin nito is how sanitized it is about other aspects of jackson's life, especially his issues with the public, his brothers, and himself. but yeah surprisingly, i enjoyed this more than the dylan biopic and bohemian rhapsody. a good gateway for the newer generation to know who michael jackson is.
