Angel's Egg

Absolute Masterpiece I do not want to say much about the story itself, since I don’t think that it is the main focus of this. There is much to dive into here and watching the movie can just be the beginning of going down a deep rabbit whole which is the world and the symbolism of this. Also technically this movie is insanely good. The score is incredible, the animation is way ahead of its time and the sound design sends shivers down my spine. Overall a must watch, especially for people who like movies like for example the ones of Hideaki Anno
