Platoon

Great movie. This will make you feel emotional lows from the perspective of  soldier in the Vietnam War, and provide you an opportunity to examine your own sense of morality (without telling you a right answer which is awesome!!) Although I’m starting to realize that the concept of being entertained by a “war movie” is kind of messed up, I believe that this movie still succeeds because it uses war as a backdrop to be able to talk about bigger ideas that can only really be adequately unpackaged in a war story.
