A sparse slice of life traversing thru the lives of Lidia & Rafa. Detailing the mundane yet absurdist reality that essential workers face everyday under the empty promises of capitalistic governments, discrimination carried over from old world imperialism & oblivious affluent overseers.
I enjoyed the minimal sound design and the almost voyeuristic nature of all the shots and pacing.
From my perspective I want to feel passionately angry & upset for the characters and I do but their methodical work ethic, patience & perseverance through the film keeps tensions low and light.
