Came from Joe’s stream, not too bad of a film but like he said wish the story could’ve expanded

I feel like I could compare this to the piano teacher, honestly I feel like Pearl was a bad character, someone weird; I mean she took advantage of weaker people and things with no power due to her abusive mother and the war. The girl humped a scarecrow, and even shushed it, also when she admitted that killing was easy for her. That when she killed the goose, danced in front of animals and killed her dad, in general she was a bad person. The showgirl’s part of this movie was where we could see Pearl’s delusional mindset driving her maddening, how she said she hated reality, bringing up wanting to kill her parents for freedom. I get people who relate to her, I mean obviously not killing animals and people but the fact she wanted something special, and to be free. (I know this review sucks, I suck at interpreting)

Feel like that was kidnapping, no?? I am so disappointed in how long it took me to watch this movie, but dear god it was sad
