Spirited Away

All-time great adventure movie. All-time great coming of age movie. All-time great fantasy movie. Just an absolute banger all the way around, and a true masterpiece. Beautiful animation, moving story, important moral… it’s the whole package. Sneaky Winner: It’s barely a surprise anymore, but I am always pleasantly surprised by the music in Miyazaki movies. Surprise Loser: Greed and ambition. Humility and principle really win the day on this one. **Hayao Miyazaki Ranked**
