Masterpiece. I never cried this much for a movie ever. It was just so beautiful and so sad. My heart was broken throughout the entire movie.
But would you not turn too? Would you not want to make sure that she is okay. That she has not lost her way? Love is blind.
About acting. So raw so beautiful. Jessie Buckley is an Actress with all the capitals. She did such a beautiful and brilliant work. “I want my Mom” the moment she said those words i literally crushed. I couldn’t breathe at that moment because how does one play a character this good. Fuck it was such a beautiful movie, i could talk about her acting for years and years.
Then the Hamnet himself. The kid did such an astonishing job. He deserves every awards. Genuinely one of the best performances from a kid ever period.
Paul Mescal. Incredible, oh my goodness. What a job he did what an acting. I was mesmerized by everyone involved in this movie. His acting was so fresh so real.
The last scene was probably one of the saddest and yet beautifully executed scenes and performances ever i nearly died in that moment.
It became one of my favorite movies of all time. But sadly i don’t know if i could watch it again.
