Perfect Days
A movie essentially about what’s possible in life. What I loved was that it was slice of life while tackling the issue of change and some kind of beauty and opportunity in change rather than emptiness. His days were initially perfect, but suddenly or subtly changing but he doesn’t push up against the change and despair; in the final scene he seems to oscillate between a despair and optimism finally landing on an real optimism. There’s so much that could be said about this film but this is something I loved about it.
