Dune: Part Two

Day 17 Movie 19, of 30 days 30 movies challenge Dune: Part Two was a great movie ngl. I wasn’t sure if I was really gonna fw this series after the first one, but this completely changed my mind. I understand the hype now. The storytelling was peak, the acting was great, the action scenes were freaking amazing, and I also fw the romantic connection between Paul and Chani. It added another layer to the story and made everything feel even more important.The ending was a great cliffhanger too because now I’m thinking about all the different ways the next movie could go. That last fight scene was amazing, especially the shot where they were fighting and it almost looked 2D with the lighting in the background. It reminded me of how Kill Bill Vol. 1 looked during some of its scenes. Overall, great movie and now I can’t wait for the next one.
