I once heard about this term called "magnificent folly" usually reserved for films that are too big for their own good Yet, its indulgence is its greatest strength. It is a film about the 'fall of man' into despair. Lee pace being in this movie was the main reason i watched it then i was surprised by a visual orgasm. The costume design by the legendary Eiko Ishioka and Shot over four years in 24 countries without a single frame of cgi. one of the greatest films.
