Secret Invasion

MCU #43 of 51 Just ends with a big, really bad CGI slop fest fight, which is proof that a decent series can be ruined by a terrible finale. It also just has no meaning; it ends how it begins, with nothing really changing at all. There’s some really good spy stuff here and some decent action scenes. It’s a cool idea with spies and shape shifting aliens infiltrating society. But it’s such a shame how all the build up and tension is just ruined in the finale. Getting an insight into Fury’s personal life after all this time is so nice. Samuel L. Jackson is just great. But who really shines is Ben goddamn Mendelsohn. Talos is the best character by far. Loses a point for using AI in the intro.
