There was so much going on that they never divulged fully into “explanation.” Not in a “ hand me the meaning of this on a silver platter” kind of way but in a “ why should I care or why is this even happening” kind of way. The house built in the old firehouse? The 3 things they need to go invisible and teleport? Why her? I didn't hate it, I just wanted less bs action and more story and character immersion. At least it had that old-school Spielberg charm to it and the third act made it all a little better.
