I wish that someone celebrated my period and told me that it was okay. Still to this day I hate myself for having periods, and not just in a "ohh im on my period and i become dramatic" kind of way.

Only watched because of Madelyn Cline, but I only happier when I found out Sofia Wyle was in this

"When do they start singing?" This movie is a very good movie, of course Christopher Nolan is a good director but he's not the best. He is very overrated. He promised an Odyssey movie similar as much as possible to the myth, yet he changed everything about it. Odysseus throwing Hector's infant son from the walls of the city of Troy. Odysseus never told Polyphemus that he is nobody and later on revealing his identity, having too much pride, and the cyclop praying to his father so that Poseidon cursed him to never return home. When Hermes helped Odysseus to free his men from Circe. And a whole lot of other shit is wrong too, but most of it minor to the story. Still, nobody should have said "accurate adaptation of the Greek myth of Homer" if it weren't true, and of course I don't expect everything to be exacly as Homer wrote, but without Poseidon it just seems like Odysseus crew is just an horrible crew at sea. They did not honorate the Greek culture. Also the actors, especially the main characters, should have absolutely studied or read at least Something of the myths before acting in this film. Tom Holland, Telemachus' actor, thought that Telemachus was a sixteen year old who was weak and too young to rule. Who the fuck are we kidding. Not at all appropriate to be in his clothes.
