the work put into this production design woooowww!!! beautifully planned out transitions and a jazz score throughout the whole movie? yep i’m the target audience, also loved the colored lighting and as i’m writing this i’ve come to the realization that i really loved every technical aspect of this, i just love when movies are creative!!! if the couple had stayed apart i would’ve given this another star </3

simplified it’s about a man taking a woman’s will and this movie just doesn’t elevate itself enough to make you feel the weight that topic has, especially with that ending choice. inde absolutely carried the movie, other than that it was pretty much another horror cliche.
