Sherlock: The Empty Hearse

i loved this one SO much, it's such a good intro to the season! i missed john and sherlock's old married couple bickering so much. and now they're fighting like meoww can't keep their hands away from each other. sherlock making fun of his mustache and now suddenly john has to shave okay. also i can't believe i was just like john at the end, thinking sherlock was faking not knowing what to do until i let myself believe he was serious. but john really missed him those two years. his reaction to him being alive actually gutted me, i felt the pain in his eyes. he just wanted a miracle, to know that he wasn't dead. :( and once he went to see sherlock again after almost getting burnt, he INSTANTLY fell back into his old role by sherlock's side. he loves the thrill of "sherlock holmes" just as much as our titular character does. but sherlock also missed john so much! he was fully ready to crash john's date AGAIN. the little costume trick he played was so silly he was just waiting for john to turn around HAHAHA. but then he tries to bring molly on his cases and ends up just hearing john anyway. fellas is it gay to hear your closest friend's voice teasing and talking to you when they're not even there? they both haunt each other's narratives, dreaming and imagining each other my lorddddd. also sherlock rushing to save john from burning was so :( his hand was on his face and he was so worried about him!! also them bringing in theories for how sherlock faked his death was so hilarious. the one where he and moriarty kiss fucking killed me. 😭
