i find the shots beautiful in their simplicity. this film might not be close to being the greatest of all time but it definitely is a tug on your heartstrings. flaws are scattered all around though, in characters, viewpoints and actions, so it makes this sweet more bitter than sweet

is it a little generic? might be, i ain't gonna be the judge of that. does it have layered chemistry between the main leads and across all character relations? sure as hell it does. it ain't trying to be woke, it's just a story and y'all just had your cereal contaminated with piss the morning y'all wrote those bad reviews

well deserved those oscars and more

fun but feels like a right wing wet dream made into a movie
