Arrietty

Arrietty delivers, more than many other ghibli movies, that child-like wonder that really is the studio trademark. The film succedes in transforming the most ordinary and familiar environment in something magical and unique, through the distortion of the proportions we are used to and with an exquisite attention to details. Add to that a solid story, a great soundtrack and you have a movie as good as some of Miyazaki's best.
